hanami-controller now implements its params validation entirely internally, meaning this gem now exists only to manage the dependency on dry-validation.

Once hanami/controller#453 merges, hanami-controller will implement its params validation entirely internally, meaning this gem now exists only to manage the dependency on dry-validation.
All the code that is removed here was marked
@api privatesince 2.0.0, which means it is safe to remove. TheHanami::Action.paramsmethod, which this previously supported, continues to work unaffected.
